Every XOTODREM device is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
What's Covered
Any non-physical defect or malfunction occurring under normal use within the warranty period. We replace — not repair. If your device qualifies, we ship you a brand-new replacement unit at no charge.
What's Not Covered
Intentional damage, physical impact, liquid damage beyond rated protection, or unauthorized modifications. Devices outside the warranty period are not eligible for free replacement.
Important Notes
As an international brand shipping from China, we are unable to offer local repair services. Out-of-warranty repair costs are significant due to international logistics — we strongly recommend registering your purchase and contacting us promptly if any issue arises within your warranty window.
